Personalising care, when needed, as needed
Using real-world data to inform care, prevent falls and preserve independence.
Falls don't happen without warning. We just haven't been watching.
Falls remain one of the most common risks in aged care. They drive hospital transfers, increase staff burden, and most importantly, take away the independence residents work hard to keep.
The trouble is, most assessments are episodic: a single observation, on a single day, under clinical conditions that don't reflect daily life. It's a snapshot, not the full picture. Subtle changes in stride, balance, and confidence build up gradually in the days and weeks between checks — and by the time they're caught, the damage may already be done.
